LESLIE CLARKE, PhD
President
Leslie Clarke, Ph.D. is President of Performance Dynamics.
She brings her passion for personal excellence and her experience
working with large range of individuals and organizations to deliver
powerful coaching and training for people who want to be their best.
Leslie was a professor of health policy and epidemiology at the
University of Florida for 14 years, working with state and federal
agencies to improve systems of health care delivery and human
services. She has designed, directed and evaluated health care
and human services programs at the state and community levels,
leading teams of executive, government leaders and volunteers to
find cooperative solutions to complex problems.
Leslie has a Ph.D. in sociology with a minor in evaluation
research and training in psychology and counseling from the
University of Florida. She has certifications in Coaching, the
Myers Briggs Type Indicator and Focus Group Facilitation.
Leslie has authored or co-authored 25 peer-reviewed scientific
publications, and has directed many federally-funded research
initiatives.
Leslie combines her scientific, organizational and leadership
experience with the power of coaching to help professionals be their
best and build strong organizations.
